PURPOSE: A three-dimensional video display device is provided to observe a good three-dimensional image as well as a good second-dimensional image by adopting diffractive optical elements formed of narrow diffractive lattices. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional video display device includes an image forming display flat panel, and a lens part arranged on the whole surface of the image forming display flat panel for converting an image emitted from the image forming display flat panel into a three-dimensional image. The lens part includes an aggregate of unit diffractive optical elements(210) constructed by a plurality of diffractive lattices are arranged on the image forming display flat panel in parallel with each other. The unit diffractive optical elements are arranged on pixels of the image forming display flat panel corresponding to one pixel formed of 8 sub-pixels(102).
