摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of alcoholic beverages using chips of trees, thereby producing alcoholic beverages which is removed from an unpleasant taste and flavor, leaves soft mouth feeling after drinking, and excellent aroma. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of alcoholic beverages is characterized by blending a crude liquid with additives; diluting with brewing water and filtering it; and adding fresh or roasted chips of trees then aging it at 15-30 deg.c for 3 months or more. The tree is selected from Acer mono Maximowicz., bamboo, Alnus hirsuta(Spach), Prunus serrulata var. spontanea, pine tree, Robinia pseudoacacia L., Paulownia coreana., Ginkgo biloba., Kalopanax pictus (Thunb.) Nakai., Betula ermanii., Juniperus chinensis L., Machilus thunbergii., etc.
