PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic which can simultaneously be sintered with a low resistance conductor of an Ag based metal, a Cu based metal, or the like, has excellent mechanical strength, and gives excellent dielectric properties in a GHz (Giga Hertz) zone. SOLUTION: A powdery mixture containing, by mass, 20 to 30% Si, 5 to 30% B, 20 to 30% Al, 10 to 20% Ca, 10 to 20% Zn, and at least one kind of alkali metal selected from Li, K and Na in 0.2 to 5% is prepared. This powdery mixture is fused, and is rapidly cooled to obtain glass frit. After that, the glass frit is made into the state of powder, and a garnite filler and a titania filler as inorganic filler powder are mixed therein. Next, a binder or the like are charged thereto to obtain a slurried composition for a dielectric ceramic. After that, the composition is molded, and is burned at <=1,000 deg.C to obtain the dielectric ceramic. |
