PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an electromagnetic noise without making the configuration complicated. SOLUTION: An electronic device 25 or a printed circuit board is placed inside of a case 5 in a way that the directivity of a magnetic field emitted from the electronic device 25 or the printed circuit board as the electronic device is orthogonal to a vector circulated (distribution of a resonance mode of a magnetic field) at a resonance frequency of the case 5 as shown in Figure 4 (e) by taking a notice of a relation of position between an electromagnetic field distribution at the resonance frequency depending on the size of the case in which the electronic device is mounted and the electronic device vibrating the case.
