PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless system monitor controller capable of properly assign a plurality of desired wireless channels with a simple entry operation in the case of utilizing a communication system capable of designating an information transmission rate and a modulation form and providing a plurality of the wireless channels at the same time. SOLUTION: The communication system includes; a plurality of wireless communication means 11; a setting information storage means 33 for storing setting information comprising at least either of the information transfer speed and the modulation form according to a service menu item of a wireless channel by each wireless communication means 11; a monitor means 31 for monitoring the presence of a fault with respect to each of the wireless communication means 11; a frequency information management means 32 for storing at least information comprising information as to all available frequency bands, a frequency band in use and a free frequency band, and a channel assignment control means 34 that selects a frequency and the wireless communication means 31 on the basis of the information stored in the setting information storage means 33, the monitor means 31 and the frequency information management means 32 according to a wireless channel assignment request including a service menu item designation and controls the selected wireless communication means 31 to assign the wireless channel.
