摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of locating an accident section in a unit of a steel tower interval, more finely than the installation interval of sensors, in a transmission line accident section locating method for locating the accident section by a neutral network technique based on detected current information of the transmission line accident by installing the sensors on overhead ground wires of an overhead transmission line. SOLUTION: A sensor-installed steel tower interval is defined as a large section, and the steel tower interval is defined as a small section. A three- layered neutral network for inputting sensor current information at the accident time into an input layer and outputting the accident point section to an output layer through an intermediate layer is manufactured in two steps, and used as a large section orientation neutral network and a small section orientation neutral network. First of all, the large section of the accident point is determined by the large section orientation neutral network, and thereafter the small section of the accident point is determined by the small section orientation neutral network in the large section. A likelihood distribution table is manufactured, and a probability distribution is displayed after determining the small section.
