PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable composition which can sufficiently be cured at a low temperature or in a short time, to provide a photocurable composition for color filters, and to provide methods for producing these compositions. SOLUTION: This photocurable composition comprising an alkali-soluble resin, a photopolymerizable monomer, a photopolymerization initiator, a thermal polymer cross-linking agent, and a solvent is characterized in that the thermal polymer cross-linking agent is a multi-functional alicyclic epoxy compound. The photocurable composition for color filters is characterized by containing the above composition and further a coloring agent. The photocurable film accompanied by a thermosetting treatment in a specific condition, and a method for producing the color filter are provided. |
