PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine capable of accelerating a gap function. SOLUTION: This medicine contains a glucosaminoglycan having sulfate groups as an active ingredient, wherein the glucosaminoglycan is composed of a heparin skeleton having hexosamine residues in which no hydroxyl group in the 2 position is sulfated or having another hexosamine residues in which no amino group in the 2 position is sulfaminated.
