PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of users by reducing labor and time for management job of a server when distributing network news by using the Internet. SOLUTION: Broadcasting is redundantly executed to a server in which the distribution route of network news is from a contribution terminal to the ground station of a communications satellite, further from such a server through the communications satellite to the terminal.
