PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like heater and a thermal health machine that has the above sheet-like heater, which can make the temperature distribution in the whole inner circumference surface of the sheet-like heater of approximately semicircle pipe type approximately uniform, and can irradiates far-infrared rays almost uniformly to a user located near the focus of the above approximately semicircle pipe shape.
