PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service to many persons from a company in an instant message. SOLUTION: An IP delivery server 7 transmits a report on availability of dialogue including a representative ID representing two or more reception terminals 9-15 and the IP address of a respondable reception terminal of the reception terminals to an IM server 3 for performing the mediation of the instant message. The IM server 3 registers the representative ID and the IP address. The IP delivery server 7 transmits a report of no availability of dialogue including the representative ID to the IM server 3 when a communication request to the IP address of the respondable reception terminal is received from a user terminal 5. In response to the communication request from the user terminal 5 to the respondable reception terminal, a response is returned to the user terminal 5 from the respondable reception terminal. Such a processing is repeated, whereby the set of representative ID and IP address can be switched so as to be respondable to many users by two or more reception terminals by use of only one representative ID.
