PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure to a chassis of an electrical component, in which tightening by a male screw is hardly loosened and a shield case (2) and the chassis (120) are surely electrically connected even when it is loosened. SOLUTION: On the shield case (2), other than a connection piece (12) to be screwed to the chassis (120) with the male screw together with a flange (8), an auxiliary contact piece (13) freely elastically deformably housed inside a release recessed part (15) of the flange (8) is integrally formed. Even when the male screw is loosened, the auxiliary contact piece (13) is brought into elastic contact with the chassis (120) and electric connection with the chassis (120) is maintained.
