PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable short-time completion of inspection by allowing easy inspection of input/output equipment for winding units without using a portable inspection tool. SOLUTION: This yarn winder comprises the plurality of winding units 1 provided in lines and the input equipment provided for the winding units 1, the input equipment being operation identifiable while being selected via a control unit 21. Each of the winding units 1 has a display changing part 33 for allowing the change selecting operation of the output equipment such as a traversing drum 15 to be subjected operation identification and an operation switch 34 for allowing drive/stop changing operation. The unit controller 21 allows the operation of the selected output equipment in response to the driving operation of the operation switch 34.
