PURPOSE: An exhaust gas treatment apparatus for a garbage collecting vehicle is provided to prevent environmental pollution, and to reduce energy consumption by discharging exhaust gas with putting garbage into a hopper while moving back after closing an air curtain or a stink shutoff unit. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust port(5) is installed along a wall or column from the outside to the inside of a structure(1) to discharge exhaust gas, and a heat-resisting light hose(6) is connected to the lower part of the exhaust port to transfer easily. The hose is arranged at a side of a hopper(3), and inserted to the exhaust port easily. A garbage collecting vehicle is moved back to the hopper, and the hose is inserted to the exhaust port by a driver or operator. Environmental pollution is prevented by automatically discharging exhaust gas through the exhaust port while putting garbage into the hopper.
