PURPOSE: A fixture of a food waste disposer for a sink is provided to fix to a sink easily regardless of the size of a drainage hole and to maximize the compatibility of a food waste disposer. CONSTITUTION: The fixture of a food waste disposer for a sink comprises: an upper plate(10) containing a body(11) inclined downward to interpose a drain tub(4) and a drain tube placer(12) inclined downward from the body(11) to fit a flange(41) of the drain tub(4); and a lower plate(20) containing a nut fastener(22) folded downward to make contact with a fastening nut(42) of the drain tub(4) under pressure, and an incline(23) inclined upward to hold a drain outlet of a dishwater bucket(2).
