PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent device is provided to lengthen a lifetime of the organic electro-luminescent device by preventing the permeation of moisture into an organic layer. CONSTITUTION: A driving device including a gate electrode(110), an active layer(104), a source electrode(106), and a drain electrode(108) is formed on a substrate(102). The first electrode(112) is contacted with the drain electrode(108) of the driving device. The second electrode(116) is formed on an upper portion of the first electrode(112). An emitting layer(114) is formed between the first and the second electrodes(112,116). A thin film(118) is formed on an upper portion of the substrate(102) in order to prevent the permeation of moisture. An adhesive(119) is coated on a peripheral region of the substrate(102). A protective member(120) is adhered on the substrate(102) in order to protect the substrate(102).
