PURPOSE: An apparatus for ventilation is provided to vaporize condensed water and remove through discharged indoor air. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes an air supply duct(10) through which outdoor air is introduced into a room by an air supply fan(15); an exhaust duct(20) crossed with the air supply duct; an electric heat exchanger(5) placed on a location on which the air supply duct and the exhaust duct cross each other, and having a plurality of air supply paths(5a) connected with the air supply duct and a plurality of exhaust paths(5b) connected with the exhaust duct, both of which are partitioned therein to neighbor each other; a sump tank(30) placed on a lower end of the electric heat exchanger to collect condensed water and having an upper side open so that collected condensed water is vaporized; a moisture passing filter(40) placed from a boundary between the air supply paths and the exhaust paths of the electric heat exchanger to a bottom of the sump tank so that only condensed water is interchanged; and a heater(50) placed on a lower end of the sump tank to forcibly vaporize condensed water.
