PURPOSE: A complex processing reamer is provided to reduce processing hours by roughing and finishing simultaneously with forming an end mill in the front end and a blade and a pad in the rear part, and to reduce tolerance by improving roundness with preventing vibration through the pad part. CONSTITUTION: A complex processing reamer is composed of an end mill part(11) formed in the end of the reamer with plural processing blades(12); a reamer part(13) having the diameter larger than the end mill part and a reamer blade part(14) and a pad part in the rear part of the end mill part; and a groove formed between the end mill part and the reamer part to minimize interference with the chip. A processing blade attaching a diamond tip is formed in the end of the reamer part. Processing hours are reduced by roughing and finishing with the end mill part and the reamer part, and roundness is improved by restricting vibration with the pad part.
