PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the size of a receiver for receiving the signal of a CDMA system having a plurality of multi-path components. SOLUTION: A receiving part 21 receives the signal of the CDMA system. A storage part 22 stores the signal received by the receiving part 21. A demodulation part 23 demodulates each of multi-path components contained in the received signal stored in the storage part 22 by using an inverse spread code. A control part 24 performs control for demodulating all the multi-path components by executing time division multiplex processing on the demodulation part 23. A RAKE synthesizing part 25 generates a demodulated signal by synthesizing the output of the demodulation part 23 at a maximum ratio.
