PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately evaluate the stock replenishment quantity for a plurality of production points and physical distribution points. SOLUTION: In dealing with constraint conditions involving the transportation of goods and the moving of a manufacturing apparatus, an economical lot size is calculated, transportation constrains are dealt with in consideration of transportation conditions or the like involving a given item, and manufacturing constraints are dealt with in consideration of the moving or the like of a given manufacturing apparatus, these for determining a stock replenishment system minimized in cost for a plurality of production and physical distribution points.
