PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a fire fighting without short-time collapse of a wall even if a plastic-based material in the wall is melted, in the fear of the spread of an adjacent fire by the spreading heat, to prevent the spread of fire by adapting an outside heat insulation while requiring a foamed heat insulating material or plastic bracket which is not an incombustible material. SOLUTION: A tape-like fire spread countermeasure member 8 is mounted to be put between a vertical furring strip 4 and a facing bed material 5, and when the bed material 5 is fixed, the countermeasure member 8 is also fixed together to the vertical furring strip by the small screw at that time. The top part of the member 8 is fixed to a bracket 3 or a bracket 3A mounted on a structure by a small screw 7.
