PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning device which can shorten a time used for a threading work, a spinning pack-exchanging work, a spinneret face-cleaning work, and/or the like, and enables the works in good production efficiency without breaking filaments. SOLUTION: The arm 33 of an oiling guide unit 30 is rotated to move an oiling guide 31 and a collecting guide 32 to positions apart from prescribed filament routes. Filaments are lowered, sucked with a suction 39, and threaded in a collecting guide 32. Then, the oiling guide and the collecting guide are moved to the prescribed filament routes, and the arm 33 is fixed.
