PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an explosion resistant high strength hardened body by which the explosion of a hardened body caused by heat in case of fire can be prevented. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the high strength cement hardened body exhibiting a compressive strength of >=150 MPa, and a bending strength of >=30 MPa, a kneaded material obtained by blending metallic fiber (e.g. steel fiber of >=2 mm in which the ratio of length/diameter is >=20) by 0.5 to 4.0 vol.% (in an internal ratio), and organic fiber (such as vinylon fiber and polypropylene fiber) having a diameter of 0.08 to 0.12 mm and a length of 0.5 to 3.5 mm by 4.0 to 7.0 vol.% (in an external ratio), and whose flow value is controlled to >=240 mm (the maximum particle diameter of a filler contained therein is preferably controlled to 2 mm) is compacted, cured, and hardened to produce the high strength cement hardened body.
