PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag, in which a mouth to be unsealed, particularly a small mouth to be unsealed can be easily formed in almost a fixed size for smoothly taking out powder, granular, or liquid contents. SOLUTION: The packaging bag comprises a heat-bondable resin layer and a uniaxially stretched film layer. The resin layer is used for the internal layer whose internal edge is sealed linearly in a peripheral heat-bonded part. The stretched film layer is used for a layer other than the internal layer. An unsealing-starting means is provided in the heat-bonded peripheral part formed parallel with the direction of stretch of the film layer.
