PURPOSE: Provided are a method and a device for cultivating bean sprouts by using fungi beneficial to the human body, thereby producing high quality of bean sprouts having a savory taste. CONSTITUTION: The device for cultivating bean sprouts comprises a lower loess layer(10) with a water containing layer(10a), beans(12) placed on the loess layer, and an upper loess layer(16) covering the beans. It further contains a separation layer(14) made of fabric to separate the upper loess layer and the beans. |
