PURPOSE: Oil filling structure of a drum brake for a vehicle is provided to supplement grease without disassembling a shoe assembly and prevent shortage of grease and leakage of grease caused by wear of friction surface. CONSTITUTION: In oil filling structure of a drum brake for a vehicle, hydraulic pressure is transmitted to a cylinder and the cylinder pushes a pressurizing plate(3) to the inner surface of a drum. Grease(G) filled in filling holes(3a') formed in a rib(3a) flows out on the friction surface between the inner surface of a back plate and the rib of the pressurizing plate, through a guider(3b). Thus, friction resistance is reduced. The guide fills grease between the back plate and the rib of the pressurizing plate and also intercepts leakage of grease.
