PURPOSE: An antistatic device used as a signboard for a vehicle is provided to prevent uneven wear of a chain by using a sprocket, a ratchet and the chain, and to minimize wear by spacing the chain from the ground during traveling. CONSTITUTION: An antistatic device is composed of a sprocket ratchet wheel(11) having an outer sprocket(11a) and an inner ratchet(11b); a chain(12) engaged with the sprocket; a shaft pawl(16) contacted to the ratchet to rotate unidirectionally; a cover pawl(17) turning the ratchet by pushing in rotating a cover around the shaft; and an air resistant plate(30) rotating the cover around the shaft and lifting up by air resistance during traveling. Wear from friction is reduced by lifting the chain during traveling over 8-10 km/h. The air resistant plate is used as the signboard.
