<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consultation system over worries about children capable of automatically returning answers to consultation over worries about children, and totaling the received consultation contents, presenting and distributing the results on a Web. SOLUTION: A user terminal 10 and a school consultation system 20 and the Ministry of Education system 30 are connected through the Internet 100, and the school consultation system 20 is provided with a first information processor 203, a first data base 201 for storing the past worries or consultation about children and its answer examples, and a retrieval key table 202 for automatically making questions to each worry and for storing the answer result. The Ministry of Education system 30 is provided with a second information processor 302 for classifying and totaling information transmitted from the school consultation system 20 and a second data base 301 for storing the classified and totaled results.</p> |
