PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin care preparation which has safety, bleaching effect, inhibitory effect on active oxygen, amelioration effect on chapped skin, firmness of the skin and amelioration effect on wrinkles and spread of cosmetic. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation comprises one or more kinds of extracts of Pahadia xyrocarpa, Thermopsis lanceolata, Epilobium pyrricholophum Frach, Epilobium cephalostigma Hausskn, Epilobium palustre L., Epilobium hirstum, Epilobium angutifolium L., Epilobium parviflorum Schreb, Hosta plalataginea, Hosta sieboldiana Engl, Aletris spicata, Aletris scopulprum, Chlorophytum comocum, Arenaria serpyllifolia L., Arenaria Juncea Bieb, Lychnis coronata, Lychnis senno Sieb, Gypsophila olhamiana Miq, Psudostellaria heterophylla, Psudostellaria heterantha, Cerastium caespitosum, Cerastium viscosum and Cucubalus baccifer and is known to have improved bleaching effect, amelioration effect on chapped skin, firmness of the skin, amelioration effect on wrinkles, spread of cosmetic and high effectiveness as a skin care preparation. The extracts have been utilized for medicinal use from long ago and it goes without saying that these extracts have no problem at all in terms of safety from the results of various tests. |
