PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion specific to a heat exchanger for recovering latent heat. SOLUTION: The heat exchange device comprises tubular inner tubes 27, exterior parts 26 covering the inner tubes to form heat transfer fins 25, and integrated heat exchange units 28, and at least one heat exchange unit 28 is used as a latent heat recovering heat exchanger. As the inner tube 27 is covered with the exterior part 26, by forming the exterior part 26 of an anti-corrosive material or applying the corrosion resistant treatment to the exterior part, the inner tube can be protected against the corrosion caused by the acidic dew condensate and the durability can be improved. |
