SOLUTION: The callback handling business management system, which manages communicators in charge of memberships whose callbacks are scheduled to allow the communicators to make a handling operation, includes; a callback waiting membership list database 80b for searching and particularizing a communicator of a waiting membership on the callback waiting membership list where memberships are listed correspondingly with communicators; and a communication server 30 that allows a communicator to receive a callback from a membership at random and transfers the callback to other communicator specified on the callback waiting membership list.</p> |
