PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of changing an Internet service provider without resetting the address of home equipment 3 while keeping the security of a home network 6 even without loading a security communication function in the home equipment by safely performing communication between out-of-home equipment 1 and the home equipment 3, safely executing communication between a PC 4 and the home equipment 3 and starting the communication from the out-of-home equipment 1. SOLUTION: By executing communication using an IPv 6, a prefix 2 of the address of the IPv 6 is converted in a firewall 2. The security communication path of mutual authentication with the out-of-home equipment 1 is secured by the firewall 2 and, on the home network 6, only the home equipment 3 is confirmed by the firewall 2. The PC 4 is connected to a home network 7 for PC different from the home network 6, and the communication between the PC 4 and the home equipment 3 is performed through the firewall 2 all the time.
