PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive two or more magnetrons simultaneously with one high-voltage power supply. SOLUTION: By providing an operating characteristic variable type magnetron 2, which can change the operating characteristic by a standard magnetron 1 and an operating characteristic variable means 2-1, the anode current detection means 5 and 6 of each magnetrons, and the operating characteristic variable control means to compare the output signal of each the anode current detection means 5 and 6, and to control the operating characteristic variable means (coil for magnetic field adjustment) 2-1 based on this result, two or more magnetrons can be driven steady with sufficient balance.
