PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable emulsion state lotion preparation of an anti-fungal medicine, ketoconazole. SOLUTION: This ketoconazole lotion preparation which is an O/W type emulsion or suspended state lotion preparation, is obtained by using an emulsifying agent consisting of a combination of mainly a specific oily base agent and multiple surfactants, and also using very fine particles of the ketoconazole.
