PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic having excellent hairdye stability and conditioning activities, further having excellent safety, and obtained by formulating a cationic surfactant. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic contains one or more kinds of polyamine- sterol compounds. The preferable polyamine is spermine, spermidine or putrescine.
