PURPOSE: Provided is a moulding bladder rubber composition with anti-fatigue property, enabling use of the moulding bladder to be increased. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises: 100wt.% of raw rubber which is either 100wt.% of natural rubber or a blend of 60-80wt.% of natural rubber and 20-40wt.% of butadiene rubber; and 30-70wt.% of carbon black which has nitrogen absorbing specific surface area of 69m2/g, STSA of 56m2/g, iodine absorbance value of 84g/kg, DBP oil absorbance of 101ml/100g, CDBPA of 82ml/100g, CTAB of 58m2/g and coloring degree of 67%. |
