PURPOSE: An apparatus for coupling a fan motor with a heat sink is provided to prevent vibration of the fan motor by installing firmly the fan motor at an upper side of the heat sink. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation fan(120) is connected to a motor(110). The ventilation fan(120) is installed at a motor housing. A stepped portion(101) is formed at a lower side of the motor housing. A heat sink(130) is coupled with the motor housing. A rail groove(140) is formed at both sides of an upper portion of the heat sink(130). A hook portion(150) is formed at an upper side of the rail groove(140). A spring passing groove(160) is formed at a front, a rear, a left, and a right side of the hook portion(150). An elastic projection portion(170) is formed at a wire clip(180). One end portion of the wire clip(180) is inserted into the spring passing groove(160). A clip fixing groove(190) is formed at a rear portion of the hook portion(150).
