PURPOSE: A method for automatically processing a broadcasting trouble block in a PVR(Personal Video Recorder) is provided to judge the broadcasting trouble block, and prevent reproduction of TS(Transport Stream) from being delayed. CONSTITUTION: A tuner(100) receives MPEG-2 TPs(Transport Packet) transmitted from a broadcasting station by referring to channel information selected by a user. A buffer(160) or an HDD(Hard Disk Drive)(150) stores the MPEG-2 TPs with relative time information thereof withdrawn by a time calculating part(130). A control part(140) detects a comparison time difference which is a difference between time information of the withdrawn MPEG-2 TP and time information of the immediately withdrawn MPEG-2 TP. The control part confirms whether the comparison time difference is larger than a reference time difference. If so, the control part transmits MPEG-2 TP to a decoder(170), skipping the comparison time difference. Otherwise, the control part transmits MPEG-2 TP to the decoder in order according to time information.
