PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk medium wherein more user data are recorded by the optical disk media of equal sizes by reducing redundancy for other than actual user data such as a header part or an accessory part in the optical disk medium. SOLUTION: The optical disk medium has a track group, wherein main information is recorded along the track group. The track group is divided into a plurality of blocks, and each of the plurality of blocks includes a plurality of frames. Each of the plurality of frames has one meandering shape indicating subinformation among a plurality of predetermined meandering shapes. Each of the plurality of blocks has address information, and the address information is represented by at least one subinformation array indicated by at least one frame meandering shape.
