PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the effect of a noise caused by the voltage-variation difference between the power supplies of the sides of an analog-circuit block 10 and a digital-circuit block 20, when transferring an analog signal from the analog-circuit block 10 to the digital-circuit block 20. SOLUTION: In the side of an analog power supply, the bias voltage of an analog-circuit block 10 is so converted once into a current by a voltage to current conversion circuit 40 as to output the current thereafter to the side of a digital power supply. In the side of the digital power supply, the current is converted again into a voltage signal by a current to voltage conversion circuit 50. Thereby, the signal transfer unaffected by the noise is made possible.
