PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device on which contents of a moving picture, etc., can easily be viewed. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device is equipped with a 1st casing (10) provided with many key input parts and a 2nd casing (20) provided with a display part (21) which can display characters and an image. The mobile terminal device includes a coupling member (30) which has one end part coupled with the 1st casing in a foldable state through a hinge and the other end part coupled to one area of the 2nd casing (20) so as to be in contact with each other, a rotating means (40) which is provided between one area of the 2nd casing and the other end part of the coupling member and rotates the 2nd casing within a specific angular range along the surface contacting the coupling member, and a signal processor (100) which functions to convert the image displayed on the display part when the 2nd casing is rotated by the rotating means. The position of the display part is converted vertically and horizontally and the size of the displayed image is also varied.
