PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rise of a price of a device, to prevent a situation that display of an image for a screen saver becomes unpleasant and to display the image for the screen saver preferred by a user. SOLUTION: In the constitution of using an on-screen display circuit and outputting the image for the screen saver stored in a memory cell as an image signal, a plurality of the images for the screen saver are stored in the memory cell beforehand, the image for the screen saver to be outputted as the image signal by the on-screen display circuit is selected from a plurality of the images for the screen saver and also a plurality of the respective images for the screen saver are animation images.
