PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D converting circuit for realizing resolution and a converting speed and the number of channels over a wide range by using one kind of A/D converting LSI depending on a control signal from the outside. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of SAC having fixed resolution and converting speed and following circuits for controlling the resolution, converting speed, and the number of channels of the A/D converter, that is, a switch circuit for switching an analog signal path, an operating timing generation control circuit of each SAC, and an output processing circuit for converting the digital output of each SAC.
