PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate an environment polluted by chemical material accurately even on the molecular level. SOLUTION: A ranid tadpole is exposed to bisphenol A during metamorphosis, and a protein extracted from a tail part and a liver is separated by electrophoresis. Then, manifestation analysis thereof is performed, and the manifestation state is accumulated beforehand as index data in a database 101. Then, the manifestation analysis of the protein using the ranid tadpole is performed similarly relative to the environment to be evaluated in an analysis part 102, and manifestation data are acquired, and then the data are collated with the index data by a data collation part 103, to thereby perform environmental evaluation. |
