INFORMATION DATA CONTROL MANAGING METHOD AND ITS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information data control managing method by which convenience of both of the customers' and the service providers' is enhanced. SOLUTION: A person in charge recognizes changes of pieces of specific information such as an address of a customer at the time of periodic metering of a gas company 2. The person in charge inputs pieces of information to be changed to a terminal 12, prints an acceptance form and obtains acceptance regarding the form contents change of his/her information from the customer. A piece of mobile communication equipment 17 is connected with the terminal 12 and pieces of information data changed are transferred to a computer information network managed by the gas company 2 via a radio medium 16. A personal computer 1 transmits the pieces of information data changed to the computer information network of other service providing facilities 3 to 7 from which the acceptance are obtained. The customer is not required for performing the change of entry of the pieces of specific information to the respective service providing facilities 2 to 7 so that a burden can be relieved. Notification and collection of credits by the service providers 2 to 7 can be easily performed.
