PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service enabling a user having contracted with a provider by a metered rate system or a half metered rate system to check data such as total connection time and a total connection fee in a month concerned. SOLUTION: When the user accesses a member's private page 4 of a provider 2 and registers necessary items, a user's private page 5 is prepared. The provider 2 updates the data of connection time and connection fee in each day and total connection time and total connection fee in a month concerned in the page 5. The user accesses the page 5 by using a password and checks the connection fee. |
