PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive corrosion prevention system for reinforced concrete, which comprises an anode layer a high bondability with the concrete, and enables easy construction in a short time regardless of a shape of the concrete. SOLUTION: A corrosion prevention system 1 for the reinforced concrete makes a reinforcing bar 4 in the concrete as a cathode, and forms an anode layer 6 on the surface of the concrete 7 to pass an electric current between the electrodes. This system comprises forming an electroconductive mixture 14 by mixing powdery carbon 12 with cement 11, and constructing the anode layer 6 made of the conductive mixture 14.
