PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable and spacious operating part and secure a sufficient habitable space for driver. SOLUTION: A front end part is formed on a half one side part of a machine casing body. A retreated part retreated obliquely rearward and outward than an inner side end part of the front end part is formed on another side half part. A boom bracket attaching supporting point provided so as to protrude forward than the retreated part is arranged in a space formed between the retreated part and a virtual tangential line tangent to the front end part and perpendicular to a virtual horizontal center line of the machine casing body. A boom bracket for attaching an excavation work part is attached to the boom bracket attaching supporting point via a supporting point pin. A tip of a swing cylinder for swinging the excavation work part is attached to the boom bracket. The supporting point pin, the boom bracket, and the tip of the swing cylinder are arranged in a retreated part side which is one side of the virtual horizontal center line of the machine casing body, and they are provided protrusively forwarder than the retreated part.
