PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized temperature compensation type optical communication interference device in which the temperature dependency of light transmission characteristics is reduced. SOLUTION: A 1st port 121 and a 2nd port 122, a half-mirror 123, and a 1st mirror 124 and a 2nd mirror 125 which constitute an optical system of a Michelson interferometer are fixed at respective positions on a substrate 126, and a 1st member 126a and a 2nd member 126b are combined whose signs of a coefficient of linear expansion are different to each other. The 1st port 121 and 2nd port 122, half-mirror 123, and 1st mirror 124 and 2nd mirror 125 are fixed on the 1st member respectively. The total-reflecting mirror 124b and 2nd mirror 125 are fixed on the 2nd member 126b respectively. |
