TAMPER-EVIDENT STRUCTURE OF CAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap of a tamper-evident structure to be formed by using a mold of a simple structure. SOLUTION: A cap main-body 2 is connected through an annular step part 7 with a bottle-mouth fixing part 3. The fixing part 3 has a diameter larger than the skirt of the cap main-body 2, and is fit to the bottle mouth. In the step part 7, narrow broken-bridges 9 with slits 8 are formed. The bridges connect the cap main-body 2 with the bottle-mouth fixing part 3. The moving direction of a mold for forming the bridges 9 and the slits 8 is coincide with the moving direction of the cap-forming mold. Thus, the tamper-evident structure can be made without using the conventional slide core, and the number of caps to be produced by the mold is increased.
